KUNTZELMAN--Alton
O. Kuntzelman, 79, 1702 2nd ave., died 4 a.m Tuesday,
August 8, 1972 in Swedish-American Hospital after a brief
illness. Born July 6, 1893 in Leaf River, Ill., son of Mr. and
Mrs. Frank Kuntzelman.
Lived 30 years in Rockford, coming here from Oregon, Ill. Married
to the former Amy Ring in Rockford April 9, 1955. Employed as
a guard by Burns Detective Agency at the Sundstrand Aviation
Plan on 11th St. for 19 years. Member of Trinity
Lutheran Church. Survivors include: His wife, Amy; several nieces
and nephews. Predeceased by several sisters and brothers.
Services
at 1 p.m. Thursday in WILBUR CHRISTENSON FUNERAL HOME, 925
3rd Ave., with Rev. John Spangler, associate pastor
of Trinity Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial in North Grove
Cemetery, Leaf River. Friends may call at the funeral home
from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday.

He was employed
as a guard by the Barnes Detective Agency at the Sundstrand
Aviation plan on 11th Street.
Survivors include
his wife, Amy. He was preceded in death by several sisters
and brothers.
Services will
be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Wilbur Christenson Funeral Home,
925 3rd Ave., with burial in North Grove Cemetery,
Leaf River, Ill. Friends may call at the funeral home from
7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday
